About MiroFish, and about this club
What MiroFish is
MiroFish is an open-source tool for scenario prediction by multi-agent simulation. You give it a question about a situation — a price change, a policy, an announcement — and optionally some documents describing the players involved. From that seed it builds a knowledge graph: the people, organizations, relationships, and stakes it can extract, wired together into the scenario's cast.
Then the interesting part. Each node in the graph is instantiated as an autonomous AI agent with its own persona, position, and incentives, and the whole cast is set loose on a simulated social surface. The agents post, reply, pick fights, form camps, and update their views round by round. Nothing about the outcome is scripted; the opinion dynamics emerge from thousands of small interactions, the same way they do in the real conversations the simulation is standing in for.
When the run completes, MiroFish condenses it into a prediction report — the likely outcome, the risks that surfaced, the narrative paths the crowd took — and keeps the simulated world alive so you can question it in a follow-up chat. Reports are exploratory decision support: a way to surface reactions you hadn't considered, not a guarantee about the future. Treat them as a rehearsal, and they will earn their keep.

The product runs at mirofish.us — that is MiroFish's main site and the destination every scenario card here points to. The source code is public in the GitHub repository, with setup instructions in the README. There is also mirofish.ink, the MiroFish product overview — a one-page tour of the workflow.
What this club is
MiroFish Club is the scenario and resource hub: a card catalog of ready-to-run simulations with their prompts, seed suggestions, and reading guides, plus an annotated shelf of documentation and background research. The product asks "what's your scenario?" — this site exists for the moment you don't have one yet. Pick a card from the library, make it yours, and run it at mirofish.us.
